I love to empower others through Yoga and I’m grateful to share my practice.
I started to practice Yoga in 2017, and it was love at first sight.
Through Yoga, I have managed to be present and connected, accept my emotions, and better know my body.
Constant practice has brought more discipline into my life and has taught me to be more patient with myself and to enjoy the journey itself
I’m teaching Vinyasa dynamic flows where we find that connection between breath and movement. It’s like a moving meditation that heats our body and calms the mind.
